Refund policy

At Calvoro, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned withinΒ 7 days of deliveryΒ provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The product is in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters.

You may request an exchange for a different size or color withinΒ 4 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear / underwear
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us withinΒ 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically takeΒ 10 business daysΒ depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
