At CALVORO we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in resaleable condition. The following are generally not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Gift vouchers (unless required by law)
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalised or custom items
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it to the address we provide.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing. We may offer direct exchanges in certain cases at our discretion.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For orders that qualified for free shipping, we may deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund if the return brings the order below the free-shipping threshold.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Unused voucher balance may be used toward future purchases in accordance with their terms.
